Journalling, especially the recording of joy memories with God and others, strengthens your ability to return to joy, even in trying circumstances. As an individual who follows Jesus, I included the phrase "For the Joy Set Before" on the front cover of this journal. I chose this phrase for the cover from Hebrews 12:1-2. In this already-but-not yet age, we, too, can cling to “the joy set before” both through joy we anticipate in the renewed heaven and earth and joy we can access everyday through spending time with the Spirit, our Comforter and Advocate. I pray these pages give you space to record your prayers to Him and your memories with Him Who is making and will make all things new.
